ABOUT THE PRESENTER



Lorraine Stefano, A.C.S.W., founder and director of THINK TRIM® , has been helping people to develop a more positive attitude about themselves and their relationship to food for the past twenty years. Formerly overweight and frustrated by the ups and downs of dieting, she used the ideas in this program to lose 50 pounds and keep it off permanently.By combining her professional background in social work and her personal interest in weight control, she has helped thousands of people to think trim and be trim. A therapist in private practice and college instructor, Lorraine has appeared on television and radio and has been interviewed by many newspapers. You won't want to miss her enthusiasm and energy because it's contagious!
